Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.

Email support@onetrick.faith with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange eligible items subject to availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Final-sale items, gift cards, and donations are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law.

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
